All sellers must:
- Register with accurate identity and contact details
- Comply with all UK/EU product and trade laws
Fake, counterfeit, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.
2. Product Standards
Sellers must:
- Ship items within 2 to 4 business days
- Accurately describe products
- Provide reliable customer support
3. Commission & Fees
Each seller plan (Starter, Pro, Elite) includes specific commission percentages (see Seller Subscription Policy).
Commissions are deducted automatically upon order settlement.
4. Violations & Sanctions
Accounts may be:
- Suspended or removed for repeated complaints or late deliveries
- Fined or banned for selling prohibited items
We reserve the right to withhold earnings during investigations.
