🚀 1. Delivery Speed
Buyers:
- Orders are dispatched within 1 business day
- Standard delivery window: 2 to 4 business days
- Some sellers may offer same-day or next-day shipping, depending on location
Sellers:
- You must ship products within 24 hours of order confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays must be processed the next working day
- Late dispatches may affect your seller performance rating

- Free shipping on all orders over £75 (automatically applied at checkout)
For Sellers (via Shipping Station):
We integrate with Shipping Station, allowing sellers to generate shipping labels and choose among available couriers.

Shipping Station is fully integrated into your vendor dashboard. You can:
- Generate shipping labels instantly
- Compare carrier rates in real time
- Select delivery speed (standard, express, next-day)
- View and export shipment tracking
Steps to Ship an Order:
- Go to your Orders Panel
- Click “Generate Label” for the pending order
- Select a carrier and service level
- Print label and attach to your parcel
- Drop off or schedule pickup with your selected courier
Shipping costs will either be:
- Deducted from your next payout (if connected)
- Paid directly at checkout if required (Stripe/PayPal linked)
🔍 4. Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically:
- Emailed to buyers after shipment
- Stored in both buyer and seller dashboards
- Synced to your Shipping Station account
Buyers can follow shipping progress via their Bavelgo dashboard or directly through the carrier’s site.
